Concern for missing West Midlands mum and two young children as police issue urgent plea

A search is underway for a mum and her two young children who have gone missing from their home. Police have launched an urgent public appeal for help to find them.

They say that Della, 29, and her two children Mia Leigh, seven, and two-year-old Myles are missing from their home in Edgbaston, BirminghamLive has reported. Officers are uring anyone who knows where they are to call 999 straight away.

They say that they are 'concerned' for the mum and her two young children.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Birmingham Police posted: "#MISSING - Have you seen Della and her two children Mia Leigh and Myles? Della, aged 29, Mia Leigh, seven, and Myles, two, are missing from the #Edgbaston area of #Birmingham and we’re concerned for them.

"Della is 5ft 3in tall, slim with long, straight, brown hair. Mia Leigh is also slim with dark brown hair and is just under 4ft tall. Myles is 2ft 5in tall with brown hair."

The post concludes: "If you have any information that can help us find them please call 999 and quote PID: 447923."
