A Dirty Dancing Bottomless Brunch is coming to Birmingham's biggest screen

Nobody puts baby in the corner! Dirty Dancing fans can watch the classic film on Birmingham's biggest screen next month - and enjoy bottomless brunch at the same time. People are invited to indulge in prosecco and burgers before settling in to watch the iconic 80s movie.

It's taking place at Millennium Point on Saturday, May 25 and will involve 90 minutes of bottomless eating and drinking ahead of the big screen feature. Sing along to the Oscar-winning soundtrack including Hungry Eyes, She's Like the Wind and, of course, (I've Had) The Time of My Life.

Many people have loved the film ever since its original release in 1987. Dirty Dancing has also attracted a new band of devotees due to its smash-hit theatre adaptation.

Guests can enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco, accompanied by a delicious brunch of burgers, wedges and coleslaw, before experiencing Dirty Dancing on Millennium Point’s giant screen. Tickets can be booked via the Millennium Point website.

A spokesman for the event said: "Millennium Point invites you to have the time of your life at the Dirty Dancing Bottomless Brunch on Saturday 25 May.

"This summer, head back to Kellerman’s Holiday Resort and follow Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman as she develops hungry eyes for the resort’s hottest dancer, Johnny Castle. Grab your prosecco and cheer on Baby and Johnny as they attempt the infamous dance lift.

"The film cemented Patrick Swayze as the definite 80s heartthrob, and now, fans can unite to celebrate the film at this special event."
