EastEnders spoilers: Lola faces risky surgery, Suki grilled by police as Ranveer’s body is found

Suki is suspected of murder on EastEnders next week after Ranveer’s corpse is found, plus will Lola make it through surgery?

Suki grilled by the police after Ranveer’s body is found

Nina and Ravi are in a state of panic because they fear Suki may confess and ruin their plan to steal Ranveer’s money.

But events then take a fresh turn when police arrive with the disconcerting news that a body – believed to be that of Ranveer – has now been found. With investigating officers believing it to be a case of murder, Nina is adamant that she won’t be taking the fall.

Suki, meanwhile, is ordered to the station for questioning and manages to hold herself together under interrogation. And Ravi, too, is quizzed by the police about his relationship with the Panesars – particularly Suki.

Later, with her session over, Suki heads home – but Nish catches a glance between her and Eve that leaves him feeling suspicious…

Lola undergoes surgery

Monday’s episode will see doctors explain the brain tumour operation to a hopeful Lola – but it’ll be clear to viewers that Jay isn’t feeling as upbeat as she is.

Soon, it becomes evident to the locals that Jay is buckling under the pressure and, after an altercation with Ravi, Ben realises that he needs help.

Ben, Mitch and Harvey then step in to help Jay at the funeral parlour while he heads off to be with Lola. And despite trying to remain strong, she sees through him and the pair share a loving moment before she’s taken off for surgery.

Linda – caught between Alfie and Mick?

Linda is downbeat and doesn’t want to celebrate Halloween this year due to her memories with Mick. So she’s frustrated when Alfie then organises a special event at the Queen Vic.

Disappointment, though, turns to gratitude when the day turns out to be memorable. But when Mick returns from holiday with Janine, he’s miffed to find that Alfie has been helping at the pub.

Later, Linda and Mick will be seen connecting again as he discusses his time away – and the two of them almost share a moment. Might a reconciliation be coming?

Kat denies Alfie access

Kat is angry when she discovers that Alfie has let the boys bunk off school for some Halloween-related fun and refuses to let him have them over the weekend.

Linda then comes up with a plan to help Alfie, and he does end up making some positive steps. But things soon go wrong again when he gets himself stuck on the Vic roof – all of which means he can’t pick up Tommy as planned.

Kat is once again left furious, but will Linda be able to explain that, on this occasion, it was all her fault?

Harvey’s dating app success makes Jean jealous

Mitch, Dotty and Freddie encourage Harvey to join a dating app, but when Jean discovers the plan she can’t help but be jealous.

She’s left trying to deny her feelings, but this becomes increasingly difficult when she later hears Mitch and Rocky chatting with Harvey about Sophie – his dating app match.
