Netflix is removing a number of TV shows and films from its back catalogue in September, making way for new additions for subscribers.

This means that a number of classics are being removed from the platform as well as recent favourites, and an array of TV shows. 31 titles will be removed from Netflix on September 1 alone, including comedy hits like 13 Going on 30, Meet the Fockers and Blades of Glory.

Karate Kid fans will be sad to learn that the entire film franchise will be leaving Netflix on 15 September, so those looking to enjoy the classics one last time will need to get in quick. The good news though is that sequel spin-off Cobra Kai will remain on the platform.

2021 kitchen drama Boiling Point will also be removed from Netflix in September, the movie is the UK's answer to The Bear and stars Stephen Graham as a head chef trying to deal with the high-octane environment at a London restaurant. The film will also serve as the inspiration for a new BBC drama, which is being released later this year.

Even Netflix originals aren't safe from the cull, as a few are being removed in September including Sisters and VeggieTales in the City.

85 titles are being removed from Netflix in total over the course of September, so now is the time to watch them even if it is tempting to instead dive into the new programmes and films coming to the streamer, like Top Boy season 3 and Sex Education season 4.
