Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay volunteered at a food bank in Melbourne on January 13, packing hampers in aid of Australia’s bushfire appeal.

The TV chef got straight to work and thanked the crew for their tireless efforts during Foodbank Victoria’s bushfire emergency food and water relief response, the organization said in a press release.

Ramsay was the second celebrity to pay a visit to the food bank, following in the footsteps of US singer Lizzo, who helped out earlier in the month.

According to Foodbank Victoria, its volunteers and staff have so far helped distribute more than 3,200 mixed grocery hampers of essential items to feed families displaced by the bushfires in East Gippsland. Credit: Foodbank Victoria via Storyful
