Hull FC confirm fixture change for upcoming Leigh Leopards clash

Hull FC have confirmed a fixture change for their trip to Leigh Leopards later this summer. The Black and Whites were due to take on the Leythers at Leigh Sports Village on Friday 9 August. However, the fixture will now take place on Sunday 11 August, with a 3pm kick-off scheduled.

The game has been pulled back due to Leigh's rearranged fixture against Wigan Warriors. The round two clash was originally postponed for Wigan's World Club Challenge clash against NRL Premiers Penrith Panthers. That game will now take place on Tuesday 6 August, with Hull and Leigh meeting five days later.

In the meantime, Hull are back at the MKM Stadium for the first time in six weeks on Saturday, hosting Leeds Rhinos. A new pitch will await both teams, with the grass currently being laid.

Hull are also at home against Warrington Wolves next week, before making the trip to Salford Red Devils. They then have two more home games against Hull KR and Wigan before heading to the South of France to take on Catalans Dragons at the end of July.
