I'm A Celebrity's Fred Sirieix was the third star eliminated from the jungle show.

In his exit interview, Sirieix continued to criticise Josie Gibson's cooking as he said she doesn't know what she was doing.

He said: "Yeah because she doesn't know what she does. She makes it up. It's what you can do the next day with the bones or leftovers. How you recycle things."

He added: "You really need the calories. I think we missed a good few meals."

However, Sirieix admitted he was relieved when Nick Pickard and Sam Thompson took over from Gibson with the cooking.

He said: "The kitchen was run professionally, everything was cleaned, cooked in the right order. No need to get involved."

Also, Sirieix talked about his unlikely friendship with Nigel Farage but he admitted they would never see eye to eye on politics.

"No, no. It was great in the camp. Nigel is a doer we can work together collect wood and water together. There is a side of Nigel Farage I can't connect with and will never connect with."

He said Farage hadn't changed his views on politics, adding: "Not one bit."

Sirieix also faced criticism for putting himself forward for the trials in recent days when others wanted to have a go.

He defended putting himself forward saying: "I think because I wasn't voted by the public. It was fair. We agreed. It was preagreed. Second time was yesterday Marvin. I've been training with Marvin. I'd go with him. That was the feeling Marvin had as well. No one felt like it. I felt like going."

It comes after Nella Rose was the second star voted out. Frankie Dettori was the first celebrity to be voted out of the jungle camp by public vote.

Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears made early exits on medical grounds before the eliminations ahead of the final had even begun.

Should I'm A Celebrity have a break from politicians on the show? Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have urged TV bosses to make the change.

This year Nigel Farage has proved to be one of I'm A Celeb's most controversial signings with a fee rumoured up to £1.5million.

His appearance followed Matt Hancock's stint in the jungle last year which also stirred up controversy.

It is nothing new of course with even Nadine Dorries starring on the show back in 2012.

But what do you think about watching politicians take on the jungle?
