A motorcyclist is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash in High Wycombe.

Thames Valley Police has released an appeal for information about a crash between a motorcycle and a car that happened at 9pm on Saturday, May 18, at the junction of Kings Road and London Road.

A 28-year-old man, riding an orange Zontes ZT125 motorbike was involved in a crash with a red Audi A3 and sustained life-threatening injuries from the collision.

He was hospitalised and remains in a serious condition.

Police arrested a man in relation to the crash on the weekend, but he has since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Investigating officer PS Richard Martin of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this collision to please contact Thames Valey Police, particularly if you have a dash-cam that has captured the motorcycle before the collision, driving from Loudwater to the collision scene.
