Man with own initials tattooed on his neck sought by police over fraud report

A man with three distinctive tattoos is being sought by police over a report of fraud.

Kurt Baxter, 34, has 'KB' tattooed on his neck, and 'love' and 'hate' tattooed on his knuckles.

Baxter is 5ft 6in tall with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He has links to Burnley, Barrowford, Nelson, Colne, and Blackpool in Lancashire, as well as Skipton in North Yorkshire and Bradford, Keighley, and other parts of West Yorkshire.

Anyone with information on where Baxter could be should call 101 quoting log 449 of February 29, 2024.
