Arcade Fire Announces More UK Tour Dates

Arcade Fire revealed additional UK tour dates to finish out 2013 including a couple new performances under the name The Reflektors.

The Canadian band confirmed two headlining shows at London’s Roundhouse on Nov. 11 and 12, according to Digital Spy.

These “secret performances” include shows at Glasgow’s Barrowlands on November 15 and 16 and Blackpool's Empress Ballroom on November 27.

Posters for the shows touting “The Reflektors” showed up on Arcade Fire fan Twitters leading to speculation on the band’s real identity.

Not much detective skill was necessary. Arcade Fire used the same pseudonym for appearances recently in Montreal, New York and Miami, FL, according to Examiner.com.

Tickets for the Glasgow show will go on sale on Nov. 1 at 9 a.m. The poster for the show informs audiences that “formal attire or costume (is) mandatory”.

The shows will feature songs off Arcade Fire’s new album Reflektor, released on Oct. 28. The entire album of 13 tracks is available for online streaming.

Keep an eye out for more Arcade Fire/The Reflektors tour dates to be released soon, secret or otherwise.
