Another lawsuit has been filed against Bristol Palin and TV network Lifetime over flop reality show Life's A Tripp.

The daughter of politician Sarah Palin was seen in the show trying to juggle single motherhood and her professional career, but ratings were so bad that Lifetime moved it to a graveyard slot in the schedules.

And now talent manager Stephen Hanks is suing for the second time for defamation and invasion of privacy, according to Deadline.

His first case was filed earlier this month, claiming a verbal confrontation between himself and Palin was filmed and broadcast without his permission.

In the new suit - which guns for Lifetime's parent company A&E Television Network, series producer David McKenzie and Palin herself - Hanks is demanding unspecified compensation for "punitive damages and emotional distress". His first suit asked for $75,000.

Bristol has yet to comment on the furore.
