Johnny Depp Recalls Hanging Out With One Direction At His House

Johnny Depp has explained how One Direction came to hang out at his house recently, revealing that his daughter is a huge fan of the boy band.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star treated his daughter Lily Rose to an evening out to one of the band's recent concerts in the US and it's clear having a super famous father has its perks, as the youngster was able to meet Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson backstage at the gig, and even better, brought them home to her house.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, Johnny explains exactly how he managed to get the entire band to head back to his mansion.

“My daughter, she’s a great fan of One Direction, and she asked if she could go to see them on the Ellen show. So I hooked it up,” Johnny told the chat show host.

After revealing that he brought the band back to his home after the concert to “say hi,” Kimmel asked: “So then One Direction went with your daughter back to your house?”

Jonny replied: “You seem somewhat jealous. You seem freaked out,” to which Kimmel said: “Let’s just say it doesn’t happen to me. I would be lucky if I could get the guys from 98 Degrees to come to my house.”

It seems Johnny and 1D have a great time together last year, after the actor invited the lads to hang out in his studio where they enjoyed a jamming session.

“Johnny found out 1D were in town and, after making a few calls, they came round to his studio,” a source told The Sun.

“Lily Rose just watched with her blushing mates while her dad temporarily joined the world’s biggest boy band.”
