Kanye West Compares Himself To Walt Disney And Kim Kardashian To Marilyn Monroe In Bizarre New Interview

Kanye West has compared himself to the likes of Willy Wonka, Michael Jackson and even God in the past, but the latest person that the rapper sees himself like is Walt Disney, with Kanye saying that they are both creative.

The No Church In The Wild star also compared himself to Steve Jobs, Howard Hughes and David Sterne in the bizarre interview.

“I’m just a creative,” he told Chicago’s Power 105.1 this morning. “I’m more like, a Walt Disney or something.”

“Like, rap is just a chamber of my thoughts,” he continued. “It’s something that I really wanted to express as a modern-day poet, because you know, if I had lived in a past lifetime, maybe I would have been a playwright or something. But in this lifetime, to be the most heard and the most relevant, the most relevant is to be a rap rock star. You can express at the highest level there.”

And Walt Disney isn't the only person Kanye compared him to, with the rapper adding: “I’m like Howard Hughes! I’m like [NBA commissioner] David Stern! I’m like Steve Jobs!”

“If anything,” he insisted, “that’s a compliment to them! I’m like Michelangelo. Because I’m the new version of that.”

And Kanye, who has gushed over his other half Kim Kardashian in many interviews recently, also went on to say that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians babe is just like Marilyn Monroe, with the rapper referencing the 100th anniversary cover of Vanity Fair, which featured Kate upton as the iconic star.

West said: “Kate Upton ain’t Marilyn Monroe! Kim Marilyn Monroe [sic]! She was controversial. She controversial [sic].”

“This is a reality,” he said. “I’m living inside of a dream world.”

You certainly are, Kanye!
