Noah Cyrus totally nailed her joke about Miley always being pantless at the Billboard Music Awards

At Sunday night’s 2017 Billboard Music Awards, Miley Cyrus’s sister, Noah Cyrus, made a joke about her sister’s pantless history, and it was one of our favorite moments of the night. Not because Miley was finally wearing pants after so many years of… well, not wearing pants (TBH, pants are overrated). But because #sisters.

Miley performed her new song “Malibu” at the award show, but before she took the stage, Noah gave her a hilarious introduction. Standing next to their dad Billy Ray Cyrus, Noah called out her sister’s history of not wearing pants in public. It’s hilarious because it’s true. Over the years, Miley has chosen not to wear pants in many public situations, but apparently, she has rediscovered her relationship with them.

How do we know? Because she was wearing them.

After some funny back and forth with her dad, Noah said, “For the first time in years with pants on, my big sister Miley Cyrus!” LOL

Technically, she was wearing shorts, but hey, shorts are basically pants… just shorter.

Miley took the stage and sang about her dreams coming true in Malibu, and even got a little emotional during her performance.

Back in March at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Miley introduced her little sis for her very first award show performance, and she fangirled hard. Also, side note, she wasn’t wearing pants.
