A WANTED man is on the run and the public have been told not to approach him.

The man, from Salisbury, is wanted by Wiltshire Police in connection with criminal damage and driving offences.

UPDATE: He has been arrested by police

The force appealed for information about the 18-year-old just after 5pm on Friday, May 24.

A photograph of himhas been released in the hope that he will be found.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "Members of the public are advised not to approach him.

"Anyone who knows where he might be is asked to call us on 101 quoting log 54240055321."
