Police have urged football fans to not let tonight's England match be an 'excuse for disorder'.

Hundreds of England fans are expected to make their way into the city centre this evening as the national team prepares to kick off its tournament against Serbia in the Euros 2024.

A dedicated fan zone has been set up at Freight Island, where members of the public can go and enjoy tonight's game.
