Three people injured in serious multi-vehicle crash in Cornwall

Three people have been injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Cornwall this morning (Monday, July 1). Emergency services were called to a serious crash on the A387 near Looe at 8.30am this morning.

Three people have been injured in the crash. It is not thought that their injuries are life-threatening or changing.

The main road into Looe is closed in both directions to allow the vehicles to be cleared. Follow our live blog here for the latest updates.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police were called at 8.30am today to Sandplace Road, Looe, following reports of a three vehicle collision.

“Three people are reported to have sustained injuries – not being treated as life-threatening or changing.

“The road has been closed while the vehicles are cleared."
