A woman says she was disgusted after using the 'grossest Lush bath bomb ever' in her bath tub. Taking to social media, beauty influencer Amy Lynn Sattler shared a video of the bath bomb as it spewed out 'sticks and dirt'.

"This is by far the grossest bath bomb I have ever used," she told viewers. In the clip, Amy can be seen dunking her brand new Shrek Lush bath bomb into her tub.

As the bath bomb fizzes and dissolves, bits of moss and seaweed float to the top. "Be warned, do not use this unless you want the actual Shrek swamp experience," she added.

The bath bomb is part of Lush's latest Shrek collection. The limited edition bath bomb costs £8 and smells of "chocolate mixed with a refreshing minty and spicy top - thanks to peppermint, pink pepper and vanilla."

Lush adds: "It might be swampy, but the blend of rhassoul mud, oakmoss and seaweed will leave your skin feeling really, really softened and cared for."

Amy continued: "It smelled fine, the smell wasn't the problem, it was the stuff I realised was coming out of it. I won't lie to you, this is really gross."

Holding up the half-dissolved bath bomb, with bits sticking out of it, she said: "It just kept getting grosser and grosser. Like, sticks and mesh and dirt were coming out."

With a piece of the bath bomb in her hand, she continued: "What is this? I don't want to take a bath with these floating around. I was in such shock and disbelief that this was actually happening."

Amy also shared the video on her Instagram. In the caption, she wrote: "DO NOT recommend this bath bomb. Don’t use unless you want the true immersive Shrek swamp experience…"

The video has already been watched almost 500k times, with plenty of people leaving comments. Many were impressed by the bath bomb and admitted they loved how 'swamp-like' it is.

Paulinajanzen300 replied: "What did you expect from a Shrek bath bomb? He bathes in a swamp, a pool of mud." Hannahfreckles247 pointed out: "It’s oak moss and arame seaweed, and rhassoul mud and charcoal powder. While it looks gross and gives a good swamp effect it’s all really nice on the skin."

Giga wrote: "This is exactly what I expect from a Shrek bath bomb. 10/10." Bunngy said: "Their just leaves and sticks, it's probably perfectly fine and clean just looks different. That's just like having flowers in your bath bomb."

Connor added: "They’re literally just herbs.. seaweed & oak moss to be precise. And it says on the description when you buy it." Vada typed: "The stuff is not dirt and sticks, those ingredients are actually really good for your skin."
