Zayn Malik And Calvin Harris Feud Over Taylor Swift On Twitter, Louis Tomlinson And Nicki Minaj Get Involved

Just when we thought it was safe to enjoy a cup of Horlicks while watching a bunch of posh people having a BBQ on Made in Chelsea LA last night, Zayn Malik and Calvin Harris decided to have more beef than a mixed grill over Taylor Swift on Twitter.

You’re probably going to want to sit down with an extra large box of sweet ‘n’ salty popcorn for this one.

It all started when Zayn retweeted this message from the ‘B*tch Problems’ account, which appears to take a dig at T-Swizzle’s decision to not put her music on Spotify.

FYI, this tweet has since been deleted, but HURRAH for screenshotting.

Being the supportive boyfriend that he is, Calvin was quick to jump to Tay’s defence, explaining that she pulled her music to look out for other smaller artists.

He tweeted: “You’ve made your money? Cool…f**k the 99% of musicians who depend on these services to survive right? Yeah f**k em.”

He continued on to tell people to stay out of his mentions if they “don’t get what it means when a successful artist uses their celebrity to benefit every other musician and songwriter in the industry…”

This is where it gets messier than us trying to eat a rack of ribs on a Friday night after a couple of Lambrinis, with Zayn hitting back at the DJ and writing: “ha you just made an absolute fool of yourself mate.”

And, er, then told him to “calm your knickers before them dentures fall out. [sic]”

To be fair to Calvin, we reckon wearing Armani ‘knickers’ must make you feel pretty calm in most situations, BUT ANYWAY.

The Scottish DJ then replied: “all good, it was the quote not you personally mate,” before Zayno hit out again, tweeting: “Oh and I write my own s**t too d**khead.”

All before it came to an end with Calvin wishing the former One Direction bandmate and newly signed solo artiste the best of luck for the future.

He wrote: “best of luck, genuinely. You’ve got a great voice.”

Is everyone still with us or have you, like us, folded into a big ball of stress?

Taylor is yet to respond to all of this, but Zayn’s former bandmate Louis Tomlinson appears to have waded in, favouriting Calvin’s original tweet where he defended Taylor.

Nicki Minaj has seemingly also got involved, favouriting a tweet which replied to Maliko’s closing line. The tweet read: “oh, damn. alright,” with two dark moon emojis.

We can’t cope with all of this anymore. We turn out backs for FIVE SECONDS to stop our cat trying to eat its own litter, and suddenly, there’s more drama than our Year 6 Christmas production.

WHEN WILL THIS END?
