The One Show presenter Roman Kemp has candidly discussed being a "nepo baby" and his most cringe-worthy presenting moment. The ??? has appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox with his famous dad, Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp.

Speaking on The Red Carpet Treatment with Jordan Stephens, Roman embraced the term 'nepo baby,' used to describe individuals who follow in their successful parents' career footsteps. When asked about his famous father being the foundation of his career and who he sees as his main competition, Roman named Bradley Walsh's son, Barney Walsh, adding that he's part of a Nepo Baby group chat with Brooklyn Beckham and Lily Allen.

Discussing the benefits of his upbringing, Roman said: "Oh my god, it's the best! When it comes to how I grew up, I always say this, the best part of my life, one being how I grew up, two, the parents that I have because I went to the best private school, I got any present that I wanted for Christmas, any present I wanted for a birthday."

He also revealed his most awkward presenting moment was during an interview with Sir David Attenborough.

Roman said: "One of my worst presenting moments was when I was interviewing Sir David Attenborough and the producer that was in the earpiece in my ear was going 'he's running over, you got to wrap him up. You got to wrap him up'," reports the Express.

"That's the only time I've ever taken the earpiece out my ears and said 'I'm sorry. I'm not doing it. Yeah, can you tell that man- he was giving a full speech so, you know."

In other news, Roman has joined forces with his dad, Martin Kemp, for a brand-new podcast that debuted this week. Titled 'FFS! My dad Is Martin Kemp,' the podcast features the radio host quizzing his father on various aspects of his life.
