Vinted sellers can earn £80 a day on app without selling any clothes

Vinted sellers can make £80 a day with an easy "no clothes" hack. Vinted is a popular platform for selling clothes and unwanted items and a seller has shared how she makes money from the app by selling only six items a week.

Frankie, from Berkshire, went viral on TikTok by explaining she doesn't sell clothing - and instead flogs old toys, furniture, games, and more. "Don't limit yourself to clothes and accessories - you can sell homeware on Vinted," she explained.

Frankie also says, because more people use the app at a weekend, it's the perfect time to list items and make sales. Sunday is the "golden day" to list, she added, and said she advises listing on an evening - when people are more likely to be scrolling on their phones.

The seller insists people leave "some wiggle room" for their offers. She explained: "So when someone likes your item, you can give them an offer. If I like an item and someone sends me an offer, that has pushed me to buy it before."

She also says Vinted sellers should "always have bundle deals turned on" and added: "If someone selling something for a reasonable price, I will often click on their profile and look at what else they are selling, and if they've got bundle deals on I'm more likely to buy multiple things from them."

Frankie also urges sellers to wash their items before they photograph them, and "especially" before you send them out. She went on: "When it comes to packaging, I'm not saying you have to go out and buy mailer bags - I don't mind when someone uses like a carrier bag to send the stuff in.

"But I think the issue comes when people are sending stuff that isn't clear or isn't secure."
