Delays on Norfolk's busiest roads as two abnormal loads are moved

Drivers have been warned to expect delays as two abnormal loads are moved through Norfolk.

The first vehicle measures 65ft in length and 15ft in width and is being transported from Gaymers Way in North Walsham to Burgh Castle Marina in Great Yarmouth.

Norfolk Constabulary will escort the 44-tonne unit on the B1145, A149, A47, A143 and local roads to the sites.

The convoy consists of two units and hit roads at 9am today.

A 59-tonne load is being transported from The Street in Oulton to Holgate Hill in Holt.

It measures 75ft in length and 11ft in width and will be moved tomorrow from 9am on the B1149, A148, A1082, A149, Church Street and Holt Road.
