Coleen Nola relived her stalking 'hell' on Tuesday's Loose Women, revealing that she and her famous sisters were once threatened with a bomb by a crazed fan, before years later, she was told by police that she was a possible target for a man about to be released from prison.

The subject of stalking came up on the ITV show as the panel aired their thoughts on Baby Reindeer, the most watched series on Netflix right now, that has got the whole world talking. The autobiographical drama is written by and stars comedian Richard Gadd, who was hounded for a number of years by a woman named Martha, who he first met when he served her in a pub.

Baby Reindeer features some incredibly dark and uncomfortable to watch scenes and, having talked about how she felt 'anxious' watching it, Coleen opened up on her own experiences of stalking, telling her Loose Women colleagues: "They (police) were worried I was going to be stalked. They found out someone was about to be released who was obsessed and six months before, they came to me and said 'look, we think this is going to happen' and they've got this amazing person on the stalker side of things., who told me what I should do.

"It was really, really scary actually. And you do have that instant....you're constantly looking over your shoulder. It's the scariest thing."

Coleen then went onto explain it had happened 'a few times' in her career, recalling the man who targeted The Nolans, as she added: "Me and my sisters had this really scary guy who was stalking us. He'd think we were all married to him and he'd kick off if he found out we had boyfriends and then he threatened to put a bomb in one of the theatres we were in and he was caught."
